How the Program Works
The Access Playbook is a 6-chapter program delivered over 12 weeks.
Each week, you’ll receive a new chapter directly in your inbox. Each chapter includes:
- Short video modules
- Reflection prompts
- Practical tools and templates
You can expect to spend 1–2 hours per week, depending on how deeply you want to engage.
Weekly Release Schedule
Chapters will be released weekly on Tuesdays, starting April 7.
You won’t receive everything at once. This is intentional — it allows you to:
- Focus on one step at a time
- Apply what you’re learning in real time
- Build your access approach gradually
What you'll be working toward
Over the course of the program, you’ll:
- Build a deeper understanding of Disability arts and access
- Reflect on your current practices
- Develop practical tools and approaches
- Create a clear, realistic access plan tailored to your context
How to approach the program
There’s no single “right way” to do this work.
We encourage you to:
- Move at your own pace within each week
- Focus on what feels most relevant to your work
- Stay open to experimenting and trying new approaches
This is not about getting everything perfect — it’s about building a practice you can sustain.
A few things to keep in mind
- You don’t need to have prior knowledge to participate
- You’re not expected to implement everything at once
- Small, thoughtful changes can have a meaningful impact
You're Part of a Cohort
You’ll be moving through this program alongside a group of peers across the sector.
Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to:
- Share ideas and challenges
- Learn from others’ experiences
- Build connections across organizations and practices
