For the last year, our team has been planning, prepping, and piloting a brand new project called The Access Playbook.
Its purpose?
To make the work of accessibility easier, clearer, and more sustainable for everyone working in the performing arts.
Over three months, five presenters from Ontario — representing festivals and municipal theatres — took part in a six-lesson learning journey that combined demo videos, practical tools, case studies, peer cohort sessions and a micro-grant.
Now, with the success of the pilot, we're ready to launch The Access Playbook in the new year, with a brand new group of cohort members... which could be you!

We'll share key insights from the pilot, demonstrate playbook tools, and answer questions about joining the next cohort.
