If you took part in our online programming last year, you might already be familiar with the incredible Sarah Pickthall and the work she does at Sync Leadership.
Co-founded by Sarah and Jo Verrent, Sync Leadership is a disability-led organization that combines leadership theory with one-to-one coaching and group coaching techniques to develop Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent leadership in the arts and culture sectors.
Currently, Sync is rolling out a brand new program called Syncing Space, an online art-making residency designed for folks with autism and learning disabilities.
This program (for the first time ever!) will be brought to Canada this summer.
