Founded in May 2021, by recording artist [Lachi](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lachi%5F%28artist%29?ref=creativeconnector.art) after a public talk between The Recording Academy and several disabled artists revealed there was a serious lack of visibility, access, and representation for professional disabled artists. They focus on professionals with disabilities, neurodivergence, and chronic or mental health conditions, making it easier to discover and hire amazing talent!
